Michigan: Drive Out the Bush Regime this Thursday!
detroit, MI
all day
In the morning, we will fan out and take WCW banners
to walkover bridges on all the freeways leading into downown Detroit.
During the day we are calling on organizations, block clubs, anybody to creativly act on their desires to Drive Out the Bush Regime! Whether it be a teach-in, street theatre, music, puppets...let's far and wide spread the word Enough! Bring This to a Halt!
We would like everybody to bring all the people who joined them at these gatherings to join us along our march route to our convergence point at the city county building.
At 12:30 pm the main march will begin gathering at Gullen Mall in the center of Wayne State University. At 1:30pm we will begin a march downtown to the City County building for our rally at 4:30pm. On the march we will pass by several points such as schools, stores, etc, where we will have built for the day, and pick more people up, thus growing in numbers.
After the rally at the City County building, we will move a few blocks north to Grand Circus Park for a "World Can't Wait, Drive Out the Bush Regime" encampment. This is the same spot where "Camp Casey Detroit" was last year. The length of our encampment is to be determined, but we will be having music, poetry, and impromptu tours of symbols of the crimes committed by the Bush regime in Detroit.

Holland, MI
Centennial Park across the street from City Hall
I know it sounds crazy that anyone from our city (or county for that
matter) is willing to be out there on Oct.5. But there will be at least a small gathering. We can meet at Centennial Park which is right across the street from City Hall. It is a great location and easy to find.
I would like to be out there for at least an hour or two so that people from other towns can join us. Hopefully they will!!! Spread the word and be prepared to face possible arrest. Our city Police won't take too kindly to this. Please remember that it is our duty as citizens of this nation to ALTER OR ABOLISH ANY FORM OF UNJUST GOVERNMENT!!! Please do so WITHOUT RESORTING TO VIOLENCE!!

Kalamazoo, MI
Western Michigan University
Mobilize at noon at the Flagpoles at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo. Protest rally featuring Speakers, bands, street theater and poetry. Dr. Ron Kramer, professor of sociology will speak at the flagpoles, along with students and organizers. At 3:30 pm we march through campus to Dalton Recital Hall where Scott Ritter, our keynoter, will speak at 4 pm. Scott Ritter is former Chief UN Weapons Inspector who will speak about the dangers of Bush targeting Iran, the topic of his new book. At 6 pm we March back to the Flagpoles for a March to Bronson Park for a rally and Concert of resistance at 7 pm. We will have bands, speakers, poetry, and we will celebrate the beginning of the END of the Bush program! Join us and bring your friends, family, colleagues, schoolmates and signs. Contact .

In just three days since posting this announcement, our pledged attendence has doubled. Please visit the comprehensive main web site or e-mail me at the e-address above for further information.
