I participate in a political forum at Right now it consists of a fairly even number of people who are to the left of center or to the right of center.

What's scary is that the right-wingers, who are all diehard Republicans, favor discrimination not just against gays, but in some cases against people of color and women! I think the dirty little secret of the Republican Party is that it's far to the right of its national face.

Just as the righties say they don't trust Hillary because she's trying to put a moderate face on everything, they are playing the same game. Bush puts a "legitimate" right-wing face on a Party that is really a party of racists, homophobes, sexists, and nutcases.

1. What I have noticed is that Repugs don't like regulations/rules
They see nothing wrong in winning at any cost;there is no accountabilty in their world

Only winners and losers

I have often compared FDR's vision of gov't to a referee in a football game

He wouldn't let a Pop Warner team play against the Patriots
He'd make sure it was level playing field
There would be rules to govern the game, with especially harsh penalties for personal fouls

I could go on but I think Repugs real game is rugby:

Notice the personal foul in this picture
