Eyes Wide Open exhibit coming to Boston - November 3-8

Here's an email I received today.

Dear Friend,

Recently you indicated that you were interested in volunteering with Eyes Wide Open, the AFSC exhibit about the human cost of war. We are busy getting things together on this end.

The event will be November 3-8
Boston Common: Nov. 3-5
Copley Square: Nov. 7-8

We will need volunteers for set-up take down (early AM on 11/3 & 11/7; dusk for 11/5 & 11/8) as well as for general roaming, publicity and to be on-hand to assist in questions etc. We also need volunteers to assist the reading of the names of the fallen. Please indicate what you would be interested in doing & filling out the information below. Volunteer shifts are for 2 hour minimums. Do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email with specific questions, concerns, ideas, etc. If you would like to help in preliminary publicity & outreach to the area, I can send you a Word document to distribute to places you may frequent or to people you know might be interested!
