Washburn women won Division II basketball championship!
I just got back from a vacation on Hot Springs, AR. The day we got there we saw that Washburn was playing in the title game Saturday. So we got tickets and went to the game. It was great. Governor Sebelius was there! We also saw a truck from a Topeka TV station.

But I have been to high school basketball games that were more well attended. This is a great team. They deserve better fan support.

Congratulations to the Washburn women. Hoepfully next year you can draw more fans to your games.
