or are they that far gone towards loonyville?

cut

Nearly half of usual Republican primary voters in Iowa think President Obama was not born in the United States, while barely one-quarter believe he was, according to a PPP poll released on Tuesday.

In the poll, 48% of registered Republican voters said Obama was not born in the U.S., while 26% said he was. Additionally, 26% said they were unsure.

That percentage is actually slightly better than the national average for typical Republican primary voters, a majority of whom believe Obama was born outside the U.S. In February, a PPP poll found that 51% of registered Republican voters said Obama was not born in the U.S., compared to 28% who said he was, and 21% who were unsure.

2. let's see - they either watch FUX or listen to the likes of Rush,
Mikkelson, Deace or Hannity 24X7 in Iowa.
So 24 hours a day they hear over & over & over 'Obama foreign, Obama bad, Obama muslim, Obama ------'

I am she born in the US number is so high given that.
Considering there is one hour of Ed Fallon to counter-act them 4 days a week, I think 26% is more than I would have expected.

3. Are we really all Americans?
Iowa, you are scaring me!

But, you're not the only ones.

Please recall and reform this nonsense!

Thank you!

4. In Iowa recall is the nonsense.
3 Supreme Court Justices recalled for marriage equality ruling in last Novembers election. The goobers in my county voted to recall 7 of 11 lower court judges that were not targets of the "Out of State Hate Bus Tour". Fortunately other counties had a more informed voter population. I fear we are a very short step from some real crazy stuff.

13. I'm surprised Iowa Republicans are that cookoo for cocoa puffs
Back when I lived there in the 80s and 90s, most of the Iowa Republicans were fairly moderate (like Bob Ray, Jim Leach, Greg Ganske etc)
