KWQC news this morning had a new talking point. He said Obama's taking a week off. "I'll tell you why when we come back." You guessed it. After the commercial, he went on about the poll that said people were tired of hearing about Obama and wanted to hear more about McSame. That's why he went on vacation.

If my email worked, I'd have sent him a message listing all the things that I wanted to hear about McSame.
You know, lobbyists, big oil, Bush, subsidies for oil, none for alternatives, flip flops, etc.

Royally ticked me off.

2. Yeah let's hear more about McCain

About his dumping his first wife, about his many lies and "flip flops", about just how out of touch he is with working class Americans. I think maybe I'll call and/or email KWQC and let them know about all of this. But I also am willing to make a bet with anyone here. I will bet $10.00 it does no good whatsoever to point out the aforementioned things about McCain. They will not mention any of them. Thank you for pointing this out. I go to work ar stupid o'clock so I rarely hear the morning news. But Mickle seems like a right winger. Just his demeanor. Maybe I'm wrong. It has happened once or twice.

Do we need to hear more McCain?? Let's see...

We could have McThulesah, the oldest presidential candidate that makes Raygun look alive and active.
We could have McDopey, the doofus that can't read a teleprompter and holds a microphone the wrong way.
We could have McSnooze, the one that puts even his supporters to sleep.
We could have McBush, the untalented son that never seemed to get anything right.
We could have McSame, the so-called "political maverick" that votes with his party almost every time.
We could have McIgnoramus, the candidate that needs notes on what Sunni and Shi'a are, that somehow forgot that Czechoslovakia has been split for into the Czech Republic and Slovakia for 15 years, and admits that he doesn't have a clue about how the economy works.
And, of course, we could have "Son of Cain," the man with anger issues and cheated on his first wife with a much younger woman, and proceeded to divorce wife one after she was crippled and marry wife two.

Frankly, I'd rather listen to a young, intelligent, vibrant, successful, independent, informed, calm, moral man. Like Barack Obama.
