1. Monroe County results will be greatly delayed...
The Hill (D) v. Sodrel (R) race results are distorted right now because there haven't been any Monroe results released thus far - I think. Due to having too few Republican counters show up at the Clerk's office -- the Dems and few R's waited around for a very, very, very long time before they could finally start counting.

The BOE has made a good decision to hold back releasing results until they can get the count of the HUGE number of early ballots and absentee-by-mail ballots well begun...
