Michelin to offer refunds to Formula 1 spectators

1. Gonna refund their travel expenses too?

Air Fare? Hotel rooms? Car rentals? Meals?

People travelled from all across the USA to see the one and only F1 race held in the States. They planned 1 week of an Americans scant vacation time for this purpose. This didn't give those fans 3 bad hours. It ruined the better part of a years planning and anticipation.

Don't get me wrong. Michelin is taking a good step here. F1 needs to step to the plate and help out too.

But the damage has been done already.

I'm a huge fan of F1 and this affair doesn't faze me. But I know some people who just became NASCAR fans.
