anyone else in CO want to trade email addresses
just in case?

I fear the fascists. at least ten times today and ten times yesterday I could not access the DU server.

I'd sure like to not be alone if the bushgang ever decides to make the outage permanent.

5. I'm new but I would
I would like to. I'm down in Pueblo.

I dont have the posts to create my own topic so I hope you all dont mind if I post a little story on this thread.

I'm positive my vote did not count this election. Why?
First off I'm gonna say I know I was registered to vote, I checked many times before the election. I was at the correct precinct and everything.

I went to vote and for some reason I was listed as an "Inactive voter". To be honest I had no clue what this meant, I voted in 2000 so it didnt make any sense to me. Since I was a "inactive voter" they gave me a provisional ballot, this really made me angry I shouldnt have had to use one. I was registered and I was in the correct precinct. I called several lines help lines like the myvote1 they had going all day. Every one of the people I talked to told me that it wasnt right and that this shouldnt have happened. It wasnt just me either, my mother told me they did the same thing to her. I'm a proud registered democrat and this really smells funny to me. After this happened I was worried about the election and I had a feeling * was gonna try and steal the election. I was right.
