Good job CA grass roots people

The CA Dem Party let us down in the last election by failure to do it's part but the grass roots people and kids worked overtime to pull the state anyway. I'm in OC where the "Victory Fund" failed to deliver precinct lists to would-be volunteers who kept asking for them. One headquarters (Central OC) that didn't seem to be doing much told volunteers to go away because they didn't need any help. Finally, the volunteers got the lists themselves and did the work without the party's help. The party did their best to pick up the glory but the grass roots volunteers who did the work are responsible for the voter turnout.

2. Yes, that's the prevailing sentiment in Ventura County too.

It's up to us. Since Election Day, I've had 5 different meeting with all the grassroots groups I'm involved in.

We took one day off to cry, then we went back to work.
