What's the 800 number for the other drivers?

I love it: an 800 number to report smokers who throw butts out of their car window ("Bid to drive home litter message catches on / Calls flood hotline to report cigarette-tossing motorists," News, Oct. 3).

If you wouldn't mind, could you please list the 800 numbers for: drivers who don't use their turn signals, have brake lights or headlights that need to be replaced, are tailgating, are speeding, or have expired tags, broken windshields, bald tires, tinted windows, loud radios and mufflers, jacked-up front ends that cause blindness at night from their headlights, are eating, talking on their cell phone, are not wearing seat belts, are crowding other cars, are running red lights or I just don't like their looks?
