Well Special Session is over and all that got accomplished was a tax
on tobacco. A one dollar a pack tax on cigarettes and absolutely nothing else. The economic woes were created under a Republican controlled legislature and administration and now the only way they see to help them out of their tight spot is by raising taxes on cigarettes. That is the only thing they did. Our (No new taxes) Republican created new taxes. Imagine that!
