That's the problem - he has always had someone come along to clean up his messes. By now, I'm sure he honestly believes he is infallible and omnipotent. He clearly does not like being challenged on anything.

this is very important. I believe that one reason the GOP has festered into the thing it is today is because Richard Nixon was pardoned before he ever had to face justice. If this had been done, I believe his whole rotten crew would have been discredited in the eyes of America, and dirty tricksters like Rove wouldn't be in positions of power.
