Here's Rove's next piece of slime......

The only reason there's ANY insurgency in Iraq is because Kerry might get elected. If there were no chance of a Bush Defeat, the insurgents would go right home and wait for their big screen TVs.

We all KNOW that extremists will simply melt away if they think they might get hurt or that they will not prevail in the next year or two.........

I mean, the history of the Middle East is rife with examples of people that forgive and forget once the McDonalds shows up, right?

Yep, my Texas neighbor and head of the county GOP c laims that Iraquis and "other terrorists" think that with the campaign its a good time to "start trouble"---he also said that "once they figure out that the sherriff is still in town November 3rd, they will be quiet again." He came back from a statewide GOP meeting spouting that shit.

Hey, I'm only reporting this insanity, not writing it.
