19. I don't know what was wrong with him, but he's much better

in this debate on CSPAN against Gore in 2000 that I'm watching now. I know Kerry kicked his ass in the first debate, but he MUST not underestimate this weasal in the 2nd and 3rd debates bc he's performing somewhat decent from what I can see.
