What's the major difference between Dean & Clarks Healthcare plan?

I looked at both websites sites, and they look similar.

For me, healthcare is the #1 issue behind who I support. I like Kucinich's plan the best...but I don't think it has a snowballs chance in hell of passing congress.

Anyone want to tackle that question?

Basically, there is very little difference. Minor deviations here and there.

The only striking difference for me is that while both Clark and Dean create a Program that resembles the one Federal Employees have, Clark's program is limited to people based on income and circumstance, whle Dean's is open to everyone, with a sliding scale of price based on income.

That means that someone like me, who makes semi-decent money, could not buy into the program under Clark, but could under Dean.

I would buy into the program instead of using my work insurance because unlike my work insurance th Federal Program will follow me from job to job.
