Guess who is hosting SNL this weekend? No wonder the pundits are afraid
I heard Tweety make the comment "If SNL makes fun of Bush he will be finished". I didn't know who was hosting when I heard him earlier today. Is he warning SNL?

3. Please, please bring Will Farrell back.
His shrub imitation is incredible. And there's the other guy that does Cheney so well.

2. jeeeeeze but that's one handsome dude.
I don't care for some of the movie roles he picks, but Dogma absolves him of everything forever after. And the fact that he's a great democratic voice.

and freaking handsome, did I mention that?

8. Ben!!!! HAAAAAAA..What are the odds of SNL Not spoofing Bush???
Actually, odd as it may seem, one doesn't have to TRY to ridicule the Chimp.
Chimp ridicules himself just by opening his mouth. He is a stupid
looking dufus!
I'll be sure to watch SNL for all the laughs.

Can't wait!!

Al Franken on Leno last night was great..said "Bush peed himself"..haaa

13. The props alone would do Bush in
They should come on with the podiums being different sizes and hire a midget to play Bush. Then they should have the cameras go around the back of the podium and show Bush on boxes with Rove inside the box.

33. How about a lopsided stage in the skit?
Bush's side higher then Kerry's side of the stage might get a laugh.

They need to put emphasis on the water drinking and Bush drinking out of an empty glass.

32. I got a kick out of just the podiums before the debate started
The way the podiums were angled made it so obvious that Bush's handlers were trying to make him appear more imposing, important and Presidential and give Kerry a disadvantage since they knew Georgie couldn't look better than Kerry without some deceptive advantages. Little did they know Georgie needed lots more help than that to appear Presidential!

25. Seth Myers will play Kerry.
He played him throughout the primary season. And he does a really good Kerry impression! I've supported Kerry from nearly the beginning, and I laughed my butt off the first time I heard Seth impersonate him!

26. Thursday debate may work against an SNL skit
Remember, the 2000 debates were on Tuesday, with one on Wednesday. This year's schedule -- Thursday, next Friday, then Wednesday -- definitely limits the time to work on a skit. The segments are normally chosen much earlier in the week. It's not automatic SNL left a segment open for a debate spoof.

28. It's okay to make fun of Kerry as long as they're fair & funny
And as long as they tear Bush to shreds while doing so.

I get the feeling Kerry has a genuine sense of humor about himself.

Unlike Bush, who only pretends to (but you can tell he's really extremely thin-skinned, since he's the King and all and no one should make fun of the king since it hurts his feelings, poor little one.)
