Kerry the "Closer": It is time for that to become our mantra. Spread it.

Kerry the "Closer" and the "Kerry Curve" have to become part of Democrats' vernacular. Why?

a. It is true. I just heard a clip on Air America of him in Florida and I have NEVER heard him speak more enthusiastically. It gave me chills.

b. This will become a self-fulfilling prophecy. That sort of characterization could actually change undecided voters' minds. They want to be part of the winning side, not the losing side, and this also appeals to something intangible: rooting for the underdog.
