John Kerry Never Served In Vietnam?

New details prove John Kerry was never in Vietnam.

New credible reports have surfaced over the past week alleging that John Kerry’s (news, website) record in Vietnam (news, websites) may not be all it was made out to be. Although recent allegations were raised that questioned portions of his record in Vietnam, namely medals. These new reveal very conclusively that perhaps John Kerry never actually served in Vietnam in the first place.

Through the Freedom of Information Act, a recently created 527 group (a tax-exempt political organization that is created primarily to inform voters) called Truth about Vietnam Veterans (news, website), obtained long lost army files about the service of John Kerry. Dating back to his enlistment, they paint a picture that John Kerry actually paid for his name to be added to serving combat regimens in Vietnam. The group’s president, Lt. Thomas Dangel, who served two tours in Vietnam, knows a little about similar circumstances. Lt. Dangel served as a marine, and later wounded, lost the use of his arms. Instead of returning home, he was assigned as a file clerk in Hanoi. One of his many responsibilities was to file the actual combat records of personal in Vietnam.
“My job was,” Lt. Dangel spoke at a news conference, “ to make sure everyone who served had a record of what they did.” Lt. Dangel went on to add that, “the reason was for the army to keep track of future pension and personal payments, after the war.”

Lt. Thomas Danel’s job was to keep track of actual on the job time, for soldiers in Vietnam. But he soon discovered that many soldiers on paper, were doing something’s they couldn’t be doing, namely because they were never in Vietnam in the first place. Soldiers would be registered as fighting the front lines, when in fact they were not even in Vietnam in the first place. Often, these soldiers would be back at home, thousands of miles from where their service said they were.

When asked if Dangel remember specifically John Kerry’s name, Dangel responded: “I don’t recall personally John Kerry. But I do recall that a lot of the swift boat crews, were in fact, phantoms as we called them.”

These so called “phantoms” was a term the file clerks used to describe these service men who were allegedly in Vietnam, yet no one had seen them in the flesh. In fact, they were fictional paper trails.

When Dangel did return to the States, after the war, he did a little investigation, and discovered that many of these “phantoms” were actually Democratic politicians who claimed to be in the war. However, Dangel did not have the resources at the time to conclusively say whether his suspicions were correct or not. His findings did hint that this may have been a Democratic Party cover-up, in conjunction with the Viet Cong.

Flashback 30 some odd years. With help from a few wealthy investors, Dangel started the Truth about Vietnam Veterans group. “I started it,” Dangel states, “after I saw how some of the Democrats were portraying John Kerry to be something he was not. A veteran!” The group, through several court cases, that have largely gone unnoticed by the liberal media, has uncovered a paper trail about John Kerry that is shocking, to say the least.

Beginning in 1967, Kerry has been discovered to have paid two hundred thousand dollars (equivalent to several million today) for his name to be placed into a combat role in Vietnam. Over the next few months, into 1968, Kerry paid additional funds to raise his status in Vietnam, including paying extra for heroic actions to be added to his file. In fact, alleged people Kerry saved from enemy fire are said to be paid Hollywood actors, appearing in previous low budget B-movies.

Although this was interesting, the fact remained that John Kerry still had war medals to tout around. That’s where retired General Adam Dunn (news, website) comes in. Dunn did not actually serve in Vietnam, however has worked with others that have. “You want to talk about medals,” Dunn began, “Medals can be bought anywhere, any time. That don’t make them real. You want medals, go anywhere on the internet and you can order yourself any type of medal. I know people that have ordered the German Iron Cross, and have claimed to be the Kaiser, for Christ’s sake!” When General Dunn was confronted with the documentation surrounding Kerry’s honorable actions to earn the medals, he had this to say: “You have to be (deleted expletive) joking. Documents are worthless, hasn’t CBS shown the liberal media anything. The fact is, if you try hard enough you could authenticate anything. Go to Ebay and search for war medals. You can become a five star general over night!”

In fact, using such evidence, the 527 group Truth about Vietnam Veterans has begun to test market ads in two key swing states, Florida and Ohio. Along with the testimony of Lt. Thomas Dangel, and retired General Dunn, the uncovered papers, the group plans to show that John Kerry is a liar and not a veteran. The group claims that John Kerry not only never served in Vietnam, but now collects a phony military pension. These revelations are sure to be a hot topic in the final weeks of the election.
