Wonderful moment on GMA when Sawyer showed JK photo of him & his father
Diane Sawyer showed Kerry an old black & white photo taken of him with his father close in the background during his Vietnam war protests days.

Kerry was obviously deeply touched seeing the photograph. Sawyer asked him what his father would think of him today and Kerry said that he felt that his father would approve because he is the one who taught him to tell the truth and to fight for what he believed in. It was a very moving moment.

This is why I support John Kerry--he is a man of integrity who will speak the truth and will fight for what he thinks is right. Isn't this what we all are looking for in a President?

4. No, but this is his exact quote from ABC's The Note.
Shown a picture of his dad and asked what would he like to tell him, Kerry said, "That I'm following the spirit of telling the truth and fighting. Being true to who I am."

Compare Lauer's treatment of Kelley with Sawyer of Kerry

Primacy vs. Recency, but in either case never address SUBSTANCE on TV

6. Not all of us.
Some of us, sad to say, would rather have a man of pettiness who will utter any lie or commit any crime to fight for what he thinks will profit himself.

23.
