Freinds....Turn Off Your Televisions Until The Debate Begins
Edited on Wed Sep-29-04 08:29 PM by spanone
The 'pre' debate shows are truly nauseating. This is a strong showing at just how much bias the media truly has against Kerry. I am watching anything but politics. edit: or see post #1 which is a great alternative!!!!

1. I offer an alternative:
It's a c-span video previewing and contrasting the debating styles of Kerry and Bush. If you're never seen Kerry debate someone one-on-one, you're in for a treat.. there are numerous clips of the Kerry-Weld debates from Kerry's last campaign.

It's at the second search results link on this page:
http://www.c-span.org/search/basic.asp?ResultStart=1&ResultCount=10&BasicQueryText=weld

Enjoy!

2. I gotta admit...
this is gonna be one tough debate for me to watch..I cannot stomach the likes of GW ...his assinine, arrogant look...I so hope his redface, meanspirited, tonguetied self takes over and shows it's colors... Of course it will never be reported as what it is...Yuck...I know I gotta watch ...better take the zantac and immodium.

3. Healthy advice
I'm not going near that stuff tonight. It's bad enough when they have something real to talk about, like an actual debate.

Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream House is playing on TCM. Followed by The Bachelor and the Bobby Soxer.

Cary Grant to the rescue.

4. I am really thinking about not watching the debates and
I know that is awful but I have almost had enough of Bush's lies...I'm going to need some courage and intestinal fortitude... and some Bushmills to watch! "-)

6. I've Got to Watch. Otherwise I won't know who won what.
It is hardly a debate. More a question & answer session. But all the 'speculation' going on tonight is obscene.

7. Good advice
I was pissed off yesterday watching the "news" whores tell me Bush "has this thing wrapped up". I haven't watched any today and I feel much better. I almost don't even want to listen to Malloy tonight, but he makes me laugh so I'll still tune in.
