26. Marketer for Ritalin?
My understanding is, ritalin is an amphetamine and as with all "speedy" drugs overuse can lead to delusions.

Ritalin abuse is rampant in colleges right now--it's the "finals week" drug of the oughts.

Everything is going great in Iraq.

The media is lying.

The elections can be held today.

The coalition is strong.

Up is down.

Wrong is right.

War is peace.

Everything is going great in Iraq.

The media is lying...

about fighting the terrorists in Iraq instead of letting them bring the fight over here.

As if terrorists have stopped planning attacks on US soil because of the war in Iraq. And how tacky is it to say such a thing right in front of Allawi? Gee, Iraqi lives aren't as important as American lives, so it's good that we're creating more terrorists in Iraq.

31. David Gregory just nailed Bush..
that was hilarious.

He asked Bush if he could understand why Americans didn't agree with him when he said the war in Iraq made us safer. Bush responded "no!" and then went on to say that anyone who thought we weren't safer with Saddam gone was crazy.

Then Gregory did a follow up and said he hadn't answered the question, and Bush just repeated the same garbage.

58% of the people want a change in direction, and Bush is just promising to "stay the course". He's so obviously out of touch or in denial with what's happening in Iraq, and Allawi is completely contrading his prior statements.

Bush is talking up the nation building angle, but how many Americans are truly on the same page?
