10. I won't fight this move
He's a guy who may not run again. He's in because he replace the president. He's a career politician and he knows how to use his weight. He has the opportunity to force change now. So, no public option, then no bill. Why reward the big business that is killing our citizens?

Yes, forced corporatism IS worse than the status quo. Anybody who says it is not, is either paid to say that, or is simply fucking delusional.

There are many that would immediately benefit by the provisions in this bill.

19. Hysterical much?
For example, I will be running out of COBRA and can't get insurance on the open market because of pre-existing conditions. With reform, millions like me will have access regardless of pre-existing conditions and won't have to face recission.

In addition, there will be subsidies for those who can't pay? Did you look where you and your family fall on the chart?

Do you pay your taxes? Ever owe money to the IRS? Yes, they *can* throw you in jail, but show me the thousands of poor people they are throwing in jail for not paying taxes. The mandate will work much the same, targeting deliberate scofflaws.

Do you seriously think they are going to immediately round up thousands of people and throw them in jail?

22. "Do you pay your taxes? Ever owe money to the IRS?"
The IRS is NOT a private corporation. THAT is one huge fucking difference. This would be corporate power enforced by the state. And a guy named Mussolini used to call that FASCISM. Right before he partnered up with some other dork with a funny mustache.

21. Kucinich merely threatened to kill hundreds of thousands of people.
So he's not as bad as Hitler, but he's certainly a sociopath. This applies to everyone who said they would have voted No if theirs was the deciding vote.

20-40,000 people die in American each year due to no insurance, 90-110,000 die because our health care delivery system is not as efficient as France's. The bill makes progress towards alleviating both of those problems, so by extension, a vote to kill the bill is a vote to kill people. Alan Grayson was right about the Republicans being murderers, he just forgot to include Dennis Kucinich.

24. Kucinich admitted he'd vote no as the deciding vote. He's a sociopath.
There's really no getting around it. I'm sorry.

If you asked Howard Dean how many people would die over the next decade if HR 3962 wasn't passed, he'd likely tell you tens if not hundreds of thousands. That's just reality.

30. Consider the world in which the bill is passed and the one in which it isn't.
Hundreds of thousands more people would be dead in the world in which health care reform isn't passed, and Kucinich said he would have made this a reality if he were the deciding vote. He's a sick individual, along with all the other Republicans and conservative Democrats that would have voted no as the deciding vote. Just as Ben Nelson and the Republicans have to live with weakening the social safety net in 2001 by passing Bush's tax cuts for the wealthy, Kucinich will have to live down his threat to kill thousands.

Kucinich doesn't care about the poor or the sick, he cares about his ego.

31. You Koochbots have to abandon your blind devotion to and adoration of the Saint.
He's just another egomaniacal politician entirely uninterested in the poor and the sick. A cheap imitation of Nader's vainglorious and destructive late oeuvre.
