wingnutville. She acts like it is though.

23. Ah, she's scared for her job if she helps
people.

Wonder if PO took Orange County in 2008? She needs to hear from her constituents who do want Health Reform.

24. She's conservative like Diane FuckingFieinstein. For a liberal state,
California really knows how to pick 'em.

21. I don't work to remove people who aren't representing my district.
That's up to their constituents. I'd much rather those people vote for a conservative Dem than any Republican.

7. Melancon (D-La.)
Sorry - I will vote for Melancon. He will be running for Senator against my beloved David Vitter (Sorry - here in Louisiana we have to vote for the lesser of two evils)

8. He'll lose
The teabagger knuckledraggers have already made their choice, and it's not Charlie Melancon. If he thinks voting against this bill will win him votes from the teabagger/racist/Beck crowd, then he is just naive and stupid.

He is also too much of a coward to "go there" and mention Vitter's adultery and lack of character.

13. Pardon my ignorance, "proceed" = ? This is the bill the Senate will have to reconcile with?
And another question to enlighten my ignorance: Is reconciliation limited to Budgetary issues, i.e. it isn't debate on similarities and differences amongst the specific proposals themselves, like they do in the two chambers, but only what in a given House bill and what in a given Senate bill can/will receive appropriations?

18. This was a vote to agree with the Rule - regarding the health care bill.
Generally, those who support the rule will also support final passage. There are ALWAYS exceptions, of course.

The reconciliation process is restricted to budget-deficit related legislation. But that only applies to the Senate.

Melancon is going to get his ass kicked by Diaper Davy.
