Obama, looking and speaking in a somber tone is contstrued as joking around.

Meanwhile, George W. Bush, looking under tables for WMD's is taken as a serious CIC who never stops trying to protect the American people.

If one wants to lose a few brain cells, all one needs to do is hang around with a freeper. Unfortunately, I have a couple in my family but luckily, all my brain cells are still in tact.
