Orly's Gone Round the Bend
Edited on Sat Oct-17-09 05:57 PM by Stephanie

Maybe it was the $20,000 fine from Judge Land. Maybe it's the expectation of an imminent ruling by Judge Carter. Maybe it's being the laughingstock of the entire internets. Whatever it is, Orly is spinning into full-blown, out of control, insane paranoia. These posts from her site just today:

FROM COLUMBUS GA
Posted on | October 17, 2009 | No Comments
Hi Orly,

I am a resident of Columbus, GA and a true patriot. I would like to help you to help this country! I have been keeping up with Judge C. Lands and the $20,000 . Unbelievable! Anyway, I am a registered Nurse…Clinical Coordinator at St Francis Hospital ER. I have contact with many….espcially Doc’s, Medical Professionals, and the public.

The more I read about Obama and this Administration…the more amazed I become as to how this con-man could ever hold the highest position in the world!

Please mail me or call if I can be of any assistance.

Thanks for all your hard work. PLEASE don’t GIVE UP!!

Annella Larkey

Response:

I need help in putting together $20,000 . I need help in raising the whole Fort Benning in outrage for what was done to me. I have to file another case on behalf of a number of members of military, particularly ones that are about to be deployed, to show them that they can’t break us they can’t scare us with their outrageous sanctions. There is less chance that they will retaliate, if a number of members of military will join. After these sanctions I can demand a different judge because this one is obviously biased. No member of US military can take orders from this Kenyan- Indonesian dictator without violating his oath to protect the Constitution of United States of America. We need to remove from office this fraud and tyrant and everybody else in the government, who was aiding and abeting him. All of them will need to be prosecuted for aiding and abeting this massive fraud and treason. I need more plaintiffs with strong standing in different states. Actually, any citizen can be a plaintiff. What is the most important, is to find judges, who have guts, who have a backbone, and who weren’t bought and paid for with promises of advancement, seat on a Supreme Court one day or cushy job for their friends and relatives.

I NEED HELP IN STOPPING THIS MAN AND GETTING HIM PSYCHIATRIC CARE BEFORE HE BECOMES VIOLENT
Posted on | October 17, 2009 | No Comments

This man is sending to me hundreds of comments like this. His IP was traced to 2 different locations: one is on the border of Seattle WA and Canada and another in TX. I will be speaking in TX tomorrow. This man is clearly obsessed with hatred and can do anything. I need all the help I can get in ascertaining who he is. Fred Jones might not be his real name. I need to know how he looks like, so I can better protect myself.I need people to report him wherever he is for cyber attacks and cyber harassment. He might be a brain washed patsy or heavily medicated person, whom someone wants to use to get rid of me. I might need some personal security at this meeting tomorrow in Houston. Keep in mind- this might be a woman, who assumed a man’s name, it might be a group of Obama supporters blogging under one name.

(followed by many profanity laced comments by a correspondent named Fred Jones)

I called Lord Mockton at spp institute. His aid Bob Ferguson said that they deal only with global warming and will not be involved. These aids are often placed in key positions to sway the leaders. Can someone reach Lord Mockton bypassing this sold out aid.

In re to the clerk, who worked for Bob Bauer, Obama’s lawyer and now someone got this person position with judge Carter, I was asked if he started after I filed with Carter. I don’t know the answer to this one yet, all i know is that this atty is from Seattle WA, hot bed of Socialists and Communists,I wouldn’t put anything pass that crowd.

I am currently looking for plaintiffs with standing in DC, Eastern District of VA, ID, Eastern District of TX, OK

She appears to have completely lost her mind. The whole world is conspiring against her. A biased judge in one Clay Land, a tyrant in the WH (aided and abetted by the entire government), a brainwashed patsy out to get rid of her, an Obama plant in Judge Carter's chambers. O RLY?

I literally doubt her sanity at this point. She's always said crazy sh*t but this stuff is beyond the pale. What is going on with the Mad Queen of the Birthers?

1. Another piece to highlight ...

"There is less chance that they will retaliate, if a number of members of military will join."

She and those of her ilk are attempting to incite a military coup.

2. She's absolutely nuts
I remember another nutjob of my acquaintance who was well-known here at the time. If her cell phone dropped the call she'd announce that her phone was tapped and this always happened whenever she talked about something important. Conspiracy theories breed paranoia in the true believer. Or maybe the paranoid are just prone to believe CT.

...a total view into the world of insanity.

Scary to me was when in the transcript the reporter noted applause from coming from the courtroom viewers.

Un--fucking--real...:scared:

49. Wilful failure to comply with the sanctions order....
...IMO is grounds for immediate suspension.

PS: Before I retired from the practice of law, I was a probation monitor for the CalBar. Volunteer work from bar members like me, but it sure gave me an insight into the workings of CalBar discipline.

IMO: Basically the bullshit that Orly spouted that she had NO PLANS to pay the fine smacks of an intentional disobedience of a valid court order. She may be able to spin it to explain that what she meant was that should would be filing an appeal ~~ so that is why she had no plan to pay...but I don't think she has the saavy to do this cuz she is on a mission and that is more important.

11. Yes, It's A Conspiracy
Candidate Obama was on the ballot in all states. The Secretary of State for each state would have had to approve him as an eligible candidate, right? Now, I don't know the exact figures, but I'd guess roughly half of them were Republicans, and you probably had a few real right-wing extremists in the mix too. Somehow, they all determined that much as they may have disliked what Obama represented, he did meet the Constitutional requirements for President of the United States. After the election, the Secretaries of State had to certify the results as legitimate. Even then, Congress could have refused to accept the count of the electors if they felt there was any fraud or the results were not legitimate for some reason. So, the conspiracy now involves roughly 50 secretaries of state, 435 members of Congress and 99 Senators (I'm allowing for the fact that Minnesota was down one senator at the start of the session).

Is she now saying all of them need to be removed also? Holy crap, she really is trying to instigate a coup.

17. This is the sort of paranoia, it seems to me, that one sees before someone . . .
Goes entirely over the edge, collects an armory full of weapons, and pulls a Charles Whitman or a David Koresh. I'd hope her intense and highly public hatred of the US President has attracted the justified attention of the Secret Service.

Another worry is the pea-brained fans she's gathered up, who might also do anything but are well be below the radar until they do something ghastly.

of her "crusade."

Most likely, they've got restraining orders out against her.

But seriously, if you're relative was publicly melting down like this, wouldn't you step in and maybe go as far to get on the teevee yourself to explain the lunacy?

On top of that....the accusations of a man who is "heavily medicated".....Orly might want to try that out.

IF you recall, in 2004 Orrin Hatch headed up an effort to remove the natural born citizen requirement from Article II of the constitution. BArney Frank was on board and they are now taking an effort to get Arnold eligible to run for president as a super secret movement to allow Barack Obama to be president.

45. Oops! Now she's missed her flight to the Houston Birthers Meet-Up at the Mexican Restaurant

MEETING IN HOUSTON
Posted on | October 18, 2009 | No Comments

Unfortunately meeting in Houston TX will have to be postponed to another day. I appreciate Mr Terrence Boggs organizing the meeting, and booking the flight, however the itinerary was too tight. I was supposed to get up at 4am, drive an hour and a half to LA, to be there at 6am in order to fly from LA at 7 am, arrive in Houston at 12, give a presentation from 2-4, fly from Houston at 6, arrive in LA at 7:30 Pacific, arrive at home in OC around 10 PM. I worked yesterday till late and unfortunately couldn’t make very early flight from LA. I offered Mr. Boggs that I will use my frequent flyer miles and take a 9 am flight from OC and will arrive to Houston at 4 and will give a lecture at at 4:30 instead of 2. The meeting was at a Mexican restaurant, owned by Mr. Bogg’s friend, people could’ve had their meal from 2-4 and lecture at 4, but he felt that the meeting should be cancelled, as people would not wait that long.
