Birther Orly Taitz Faces California Bar Complaint Over Attack On Judge

Justin Elliott | September 17, 2009, 6:45PM

Things just keeping getting worse for Queen Birther Orly Taitz. Yesterday, a federal judge not only threw out her latest "birther soldier" lawsuit, but also took the time to demolish Birtherism generally and threaten Taitz with sanctions if she files more frivolous suits.

Now, in response to Taitz's comments to TPM calling the judge corrupt and suggesting he should be tried for treason, a fellow member of the California bar has filed a formal complaint against Taitz.

"I respectfully request that you investigate Ms. Taitz's conduct and impose an appropriate sanction. She is an embarrassment to the profession," writes Subodh Chandra, who practices in Ohio and is also an inactive member of the California bar.

1. Good for Subodh Chandra!
But will Oily Tatz simply say that Chandra's complaint is a part of the conspiracy to silence her? After all, Chandra is not an "American" name--maybe Kenyan??????

6. It seems like she's been threatened with complaints so many times
and nothings ever been done. Does anyone know if any of the complaints filed are actually going through or do we have to put up with more of her silly ass antics?

9. From what I understand....
It can take the California Bar Association between 6 and 12 months to act upon complaints. They have to do a formal review process and discuss it with the attorney before making a public decision.

7. Orly should defy any orders or decisions from these corrupt courts.
If necessary, with her 2nd Amendment rights.

14. You'll be happy to know that at least one person got it.

I agree wholeheartedly with your hope that she makes things worse for herself.
