4. I went into a panic early last year

In February I think, started listening to the talking heads like Matthews that Obama was choking. After it played out I thought "what a dick!" (me and Matthews) Since that time the same friggen story has played out multiple times. Obama HAS to nail this speech and get his party under control. The laughable part is you could replay the discussions over the House/Senate divide on TARP and insert the word Health Care and it would be the same commentary. "If he fails at this then he will be a Lame Duck," "The White House has got to write the bill," "Pelosi needs to understand that middle America isn't San Francisco and needs to get in line with the Senate," "they will never get a bill through, the divide is too great between the House and Senate."

It is Bill Walsh guiding the 49ers over the Cowboys in the 1982 NFC Championship Game. Five minutes left in the Game, 49ers with a passing offense conservatively run the ball, tight ass Color Commentator Hank Stram won't shut the hell up about the 49ers not being able to run the ball down the field against the Cowboys. Walsh sticks with the plan, the Cowboys stay in a dime defense not changing with the situation, then Montana to Clark! Get the fuck off the field you conservative ass, arrogant "Americas Team" Cowboys.
