Single Payer Healthcare Is Back --- YEAH RIGHT!
I'll make this short. With Kennedy's passing I wish democrats in congress would wake up and seriously consider and speak about single payer. Of course it would take more than TK dying. It would have to be a mild outbreak of some disease forcing many to go to the hospital and incurring expenses and having to deal with their insurance companies on a daily basis. All this within a few weeks before congress would even consider it.

Just ramblings.

2. Well, if you believe the corporate media hype about the swine flu
We should have that "outbreak" in another month or two.

3. I mentioned the flu pandemic at work and found out that the RWer's think it's a hoax.
Didn't know that. But when someone suggested Purell or Germ-X dispensers in the office, it was met with hoots from the known wingnuts who follow Limbaugh and Beck like a religion.

I hope it doesn't happen and that the flu isn't as serious as feared, but they compare it to the swine flu scare of 1976. I had no idea there was a "right-wing position" on the flu.

4. LOL, that is almost as funny as when I read about wing nuts complaining
about the bias of The Weather Channel. Because TWC talked about Global Warming they had a Liberal bias.

5. I hope none of these wingnuts works in a hospital
where sanitizing is a way of life. Many hospitals will be requiring their employees to get flu shots this fall. One hospital near me will require those who don't get vaccinated to wear masks at all times on hospital premises.
