3 DeLay Aides Facing Charges in Fund Inquiry
http://www.nytimes.com/2004/09/22/national/22delay.html

WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 - Three aides who helped run a political action committee created by the House majority leader, Representative Tom DeLay of Texas, were indicted by a grand jury in Texas on Tuesday on charges that included raising illegal corporate contributions and funneling them to state candidates during the 2002 elections.

Eight companies were also charged, including Sears Roebuck & Company and Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc.

7. I once read this, years ago
That he took a trip with his whole family, like 25 people, to some island in the South Seas at tax payers cost. I do not know why that really got to me but I felt he was a crook ever since then.

2. Now the big question is...will they flip
and start talking? I hope so, this sounds really terrible but i really hate Tom Delay, and i hate what he has been getting away with for years. I want to see him go to jail, and not one of those minimum security places, i want him to be at a nasty, hot, overcrowed with large angry felons prison. I want to see the shot of him with the jacket over the cuffs and him bawling ala Jim Bakker. Is that too much?

4. Delay Is Not Respected by Either Party
He's thought as a low life with his only credential as being a Bushie. Very few respect him in anyway. He's a common crook.

5. Does anyone know the other 5 companies involved?
I'd like to write to all of them and let them know I don't plan on giving them my business any time soon (as if I would eat at Cracker Barrel anyhow).
