9. She's very cool and collected...cat like. She holds her own but isn't
a forceful speaker. She's more a "deflecter.'

11. No one on the Democrats Side has been out there being Pro Health
care. Giving the Positives to counter the GOP Negatives.

To me the Image is "they do not have their heart in it."

Needless to say, this was no way to win.

12. She's probably on the teevee about every day and is all over the country
Sebellius is getting a bum rap on this. Hell, I just did it myself by totally not mentioning her as someone that is actively pushing for reform. I believe she is doing everything she can with her level of visibility. The media controls coverage folks.

13. It's my understand that one of the main responsibilities of a Secretary is not to orginate
legislation but to manage the programs and policy already on the books.

She's been here and there on the TV promoting the idea of health care reform. But the job in getting it written and passed is up to the Democratic caucus in Congress and the White House.

15. She was on with Thom on monday and used the phrase
"health insurance reform" which was oh so telling. We aren't going to get health CARE reform people. They will put lipstick on a pig, call it reform and the insurance companies will make out like bandits.
