On edit: I'm not impressed-- I liked the extensive criticism of Bush's incompetence, but Kerry's plan remains the same as it ever was-- fight the "war on terror", stay in Iraq, make America safer, complete the mission. During the early part of the speech he repeated all the essential Bush memes: terrorism, war on terra, September 11, terrorism, weapons of mass distruction, terrorism, Saddam Hussein, terrorism. During the latter part of the speech he said that he has a plan to "change the course," but he made it clear that his objectives were essentially the same as Bush's-- he just offers a different "course" toward achieving them.

I want different objectives.
