2. That would elevate the whole thing over and out of the Political Realm.
Which would restore the rule of law when we need it most.

3. First of all, there isn't a choice
I am betting that Pelosi had almost nothing to do with this - it is just Rove and his Big Media and Hate Radio pals throwing up another smoke screen.

Second, if she IS responsible, she should be replaced as well.

the political parties. I'm not. We need new parties or at least new blood.

I should add that I'm not even slightly convinced that the Democrats in Congress approved or supported torture.
BUt if they did, they need to go, too

7. Prosecute Cheney. What has Pelosi done to warrant letting a war criminal go?

8. I want to see Cheney prosecuted, big time.
No way do I care about protecting Pelosi...I agree with the other poster: let the chips fall where they may.

Can't we do something just once because it's right? And not be concerned with the political aspects?

10. Pelosi did absolutely nothing wrong

The information she was given was classified. She was bound by law, therefore, not to share that information.

15. You know the Republicans at the CIA are orchestrating all of this...
Right wing cabal operating outside of the judicial system.

11. Go For Truth... Party Doesn't Matter... Person Doesn't Matter... I'm SO SICK
of lies and mincing of words! If it comes down to BOTH, then so be it!

I don't see Democrats doing very much better since the new administration TOOK POWER!! And isn't that what it's all about???? POWER??

But it's not only POWER, it's the MONEY you got or STOLE from "we the people!" I'm afraid I'm disillusioned by almost everyone who we've put in charge to watch the hen house! All most of them are doing is watching their asses!!

But this is all just a pipe dream, I don't think either will EVER be held accountable. They've been around too long and know how the game is played.

Spoken as the TRUE cynic I've become and I'm sorry to say that Obama too is joining the crowd. I know I should say "give him time" but seems he's moving pretty fast to undo MANY of the promises he made when he was running for POTUS!!! Guess if you skip over the big stuff right away, then people might forget about it in 4 years. I would like to think I won't be one of them. He has "some" time to fix a lot, but for now I don't see him in my corner.
