They need to continue to put on the spot about what their values are.

Do they agree with Rush or not about Powell?

I want to see not only that type of questioning but a firmer continued push of what Chris Matthews did this week about science (Matthews is weak on follow up questions at times though).

Seriously they want to talk to their base one way and then to America another. The media needs to question those differences.

1. Well, but they'd need permission from Rush to speak to us...
..... and I doubt he'd give it to them.

5. They cannot escape their standard talking points
Rebranding the keystone Kops as the Three Stooges just isn't going to do much for them.

3. The key point is they don't know what their values are anymore.
What had been their values for 30 years doesn't resonate with an electoral majority anymore. Rush, Palin, Boner side want to be the obstructionist party of NO! And want to break hard right

Jeb, Newt, and mittens want to regroup with an actual message, and move to the center.

Steele is just muddying the waters. They should be put on the stop ceaselessly while they are in such disarray. Now is the time to bury them under.
