That'll be interesting to see how it pans out. The Kentucky governor is a democrat and will appoint a Dem to replace Bunning if he resigns.

1. I'm surprised that Jim Bunning knows how to bargain
I assumed those abilities had been eaten up along with the rest of his brain.

2. Well someone made the threat
Bunning was not pleased the RNC was threatening an opponent and unlike Specter - Bunning was a threat to a dem pickup. If Specter survived his primary he would have won re-election.

3. this just keeps getting better and better
Not only do they hate their moderates, they are now alienating conservatives! (Bunning is crazy though)

he does nothing, and gets payed big bucks...

the whole time the poor guy is slowly slipping into dementia

hes probably toast next election anyway, even if he decides to run.

5. I once saw him pitch a 1 hitter in Wrigley.
I prefer to remember him that way.
