What color is the sky in RW Land?
I am watching C-SPAN and the loons are out in full force. The RWnuts are tossing us all into the category of "communists", and most of them seem to have found their voices against Obama, while bush and his buddies destroyed the nation on their watch. The delusion is so entrenched, it is difficult to believe that any of these people are actually sane.

Some bonehead asked if "there is anything like an 'F minus'"...:wtf:

Maybe it is all of the mercury bush allowed into the water supply, maybe it is the serious problems we have in education...to listen to some of these people, I have to wonder if drug abuse is far worse than we have been led to believe.

The president has a lot of things to fix, and even when the members of the RW benefit...they still find ways to call those that are helping them some kind of "communist"...all the while going to Wal-Mart to buy more Chinese goods...the sky must be very interesting in their world...:D

1. Since they deny reality in every way, there is no sky.

4. No, no. The sky is green....
The color of money. It's all about the money, honey. Just like Georgette Mosbacher said. Money is all. "I have, therefore I am."

Ask a Republican where god is and they will answer "on the dollar bill of course." Money, you see, is their god.

12. Also, the colour of the looming spectre of communism!
That'd explain why they're both confused and freaking out.

13. Funny you should mention that, as just yesterday I was discussing
religion w/a local I know. Said local yokel told me that the problems of the world were the Jews and the Muslims fault. I asked how it could be so, since Jesus himself was a Jew, and he spoke of Love and Forgiveness. I was told, (rather sternly), that Jesus was a Christian, and I should know better. I asked said local yokel just what bible he was reading..."Why King James of course!. And it cost me $95 so I know it's true!"

This ended the conversation...all I could say was, "I wonder how many people you could have fed with that $95, and picked up a Bible from any of 50 churches or the Salvation Army, that are more than happy to give them away. Have you ever read the Beatitudes, have you seen the part where it says, 'whatever you do to the least of them, you do unto me'." He walked away dumbfounded...:D

None are so blind, as those who refuse to see...;)

17. Most of them never actually read the book just so you know
Church is a social club where they get forgiveness for what they did. Anyone who doesn't prescribe to their set of beliefs isn't Christian enough or isn't Christian at all and they are free to abuse them because they aren't Christian. Whatever the pastor has to say is always right.

18. Sadly...that is true on several levels...
the first thing that stands out, is that few understand what was actually said...there is far too much emphasis on Paul...somrtimes, it is as if what Jesus espoused just doesn't count.

It is the same way in every religion...people don't read and comprehend in any of the great religions...too lazy...it's far easier to hear it from others who profess to know what they are talking about...:(

Currently, it's a very nice shade of vermillion.
