Obama Makes Secret Bush Memos Public

Justice Department releases a secret legal document from '01 saying the military can search, seize terror suspects in the U.S. without warrants.

Memo was written about a month after the Sept. 11 attacks. One of nine memos released by Obama Department Monday.

7. this horrible subhuman, yoo, needs to be brought up on charges

no question about it. The man is part of the insidious evil that was being perpetrated on our country. I JUST KNEW this kind of sh1t was happening. It makes us feel less freaky about our extremem paranoia about where we were headed as a country when we were suffering through 2003, for instance.

I surely feel our country is not "saved" just because of one election, but we're in a place to see some of these erosions reversed.
