Where is Bush II's birth certificate?

Where is Bush II's birth certificate?
I have not seen the vault copy of Bush II's birth certificate. He was an ursurper. So was his father. How do we know they were natural born?

I thought we should demand McCrook's too! And that of at least one of his parents would have been necessary to prove he was a citizen. The vault copy of Daddy McCrook's birth certificate is needed to prove McCrook Jr. is a citizen!

And Darth Cheney should have had to come up with his too. Though maybe he was never natural born and is a mutant alien.
