Bush and Republican House and Senate in 2006 voted AGAINST RELIGION!!!
It turns out the Religious Reich want to paint Obama and the Stimulus Package as "anti-religious", "anti-prayer"...blah, blah, blah...

Huckabee and the Merry Band Of Theocrats are spewing the lies. It looks like asshats like Huckabee are exposed as theocratic charlatans who'd rather lie than try to not lie.

Well, it turns out that George Bush AND the Republican House and Senate voted for and PASSED legislation (Older Americans Act Amendments of 2006) that included the very same verbage that can be found in the Stimulus Package:

‘‘(D) will employ eligible individuals in service related
to publicly owned and operated facilities and projects, or
projects sponsored by nonprofit organizations (excluding
political parties exempt from taxation under section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986), but
excluding projects involving the construction, operation, or
maintenance of any facility used or to be used as a place
for sectarian religious instruction or worship;
