Does the Kerry campaign coordinate with Franken, Maher, et al?

I think one reason Rush, Hannity, O'Reilly, and their vile ilk are so successful at influencing public opinion is they have a unified message. People hear the same bullshit from so many different sources they assume it has credibility. We know Rove distributes talking points to his media lackeys and pundits. But it seems like Al Franken, Randi Rhodes, Bill Maher, Ed Schultz, and everyone else on our side are acting independently. I certainly don't want any of these talented people to turn into DNC robots, but I wonder if the Kerry campaign could make better use of them by sending out talking points so we can better coordinate our message.
