Barack has no option he must keep negotiating with Republicans

Sure, I would love it if he could disregard them and carry on about his business without trying to work for their votes. But he must persevere. It's why I was making such a big push for senate seats the blue dogs and just the obstructionist nature of the Republicans meant we had a hurdle still to jump. Now we may not get all we want but he has to keep at it. If he only has a 30 percent success rate that's better than a zero percent success rate. Eventually folks succumb to Barack's sense of decency and at least relent a little. Yeah, I know wouldn't it be great if it was world we didn't have to do this. But sadly we do it's just a matter of simple math and also to give the perspective that our party at least triess to be co-operative. Definitely we shouldn't cave if we can avoid it. But getting nothing done for America is an even greater price to pay. Besides, on the plus side I am enjoying the Republicans digging themselves a very large grave.:)

party will self explode. He's not kissing up he's showing them for who they are. Now in the Bush years the right wing voters would of not paid attention just assumed everything they did was great but whether they are for Barack or against him they will be curious how he is handling this and he is coming across the better man. And to me that's all we can ask of Barack right now.
