Finally got around to watching CSPAN inauguration coverage
I taped the whole day and am sitting here tonight watching it.

Very interesting.

Cheney had a smirk on his face as he was wheeled out of the WH and Biden is behind him, following that wheelchair and sending out some really negative vibes. LOL Some lady is pushing Cheney's wheelchair and rushing around like she is some kind of servant. Can't move around him fast enough, helping him down the ramp and putting him in the limo.

Is Jimmy Carter older or younger than Bush 41? Carter sure has a spring in his step and Bush 41 can barely walk. 41 also looks like he is losing it mentally. He has that look on his face that brings back bad memories of senile parents and grandparents.

Al Gore gave a civil but cold look to 41 as he greeted him. (LOL - Spit in his face, Al!!)

I finally figured out what bothers me so much about Laura Bush and her fake smile. It's her lipstick. Absolutely horrible color on her.

And I still want to slap that smirk off of Dubya's face.

1. Googled the ages of the two
George Bush was born 12 June 1924
Jimmie Carter was born 1 Oct. 1924
Essentially the same age.

2. I really enjoyed CSPAN's coverage especially of the parade...
they covered every band along with the Obama's waving and acknowledging every band that went by. Great!

3. Good for you. I wish I'd taped it. I did watch most of it.

Hopefully there will be a DVD with highlights. Actually I would like to see the whole parade again. Well worth watching.

4. If you get a chance, watch Amy's version with her sidekick, Alice Walker.
It was so great. They said out loud what the other channels didn't say. "We can never elect someone like Bush again."

It was great. :)

7. I watched CSPAN all day
Taped it, too. It was the best coverage of them all.
