Dealing with my Cable Company (Charter) is like Physically Breaking my leg....RE:Obama Concert
Edited on Sat Jan-17-09 05:05 PM by hnmnf
Edit: I know what HbO is doing, I was just trying to find out what channel HBO was unscrambling the signal on because you need to have a box to get HBO with charter.

Nobody has any idea at Charter whats going on for tomorrow's concert. One person wanted me to buy HBO, the other told me I couldnt watch it because i didnt have a box. They are telling me that they have no frickin idea what I'm talking about and that they can only see channels five hours in advance...while my guide can see shit weeks in advance.

I finally got the information I wanted from the nice, midwestern ignorant Republican who said shed just turn the junk off.

Why are cable companies so dumb?

GRRRRRRRR

Rant over...I apologize to any Cable COmpany workers I offended

5. The channel number that HBO appears on under your cable company
You can find that either on your cable company's site or http://tv.yahoo.com and click Listings and personalize. Hopefully that works.

7. oh
I'm not sure how that will work. That sucks. Just in case they don't help, do you have a TV-out/tuner on your computer to connect it to your TV?
