I heard on KTLK radio. And of course, MN & AK have just completed their absentee and provisional ballot counts.

2. Still many absentee, provisional & overseas ballots yet to be counted all over the country. However,

they may just give up, figuring it's already been decided...

But they still have five congressional seats & two senates up for grabs and they must count every one of those votes.

5. 58,421,377 were willing to have Palin as president
Well, that's not at all comforting.

9. I know everyone is jusy happy that Obama won
But the fact that Palin wasn't completly rejected by voters, and the McCain/Palin ticket was the third or fourth highest voter number ever, is very worrying and not a good sign for the future.

11. There will always be Americans who think of themselves as 'conservatives'
and vote what they believe is accordingly. Fact is, they don't even know what it is they are really voting for. Sarah is a conservative, yes, but she is also a corrupt, self-aggrandizing grifter. She fools a lot of people. But that doesn't mean they would vote for the real Sarah Palin if they only knew.

8. That's much closer to a 7% margin than a 6% margin, as originally quoted...

Just makes it that much more clear that anyone who denies he has a mandate is full of it.

McCain got 48% and only lost by a few. I'd love to see it get close enough to round it up to 10 million votes and 54% when the final numbers come in. It's the highest percentage for a non incumbant since 1952.
