Spiking the ball in the end zone: Playing the patriotism card ("Obama is the president, bitches!")

"If you do not support President Obama, you hate America and are playing into the hands of Al Qaeda. Patriotism means supporting the president, because the country is the leader and the leader is the country."

"If you don't like the way President Obama is running this country then you should just go back to your cave in Afghanistan and shut up."

Is that what we really believe? Of course not! But we should smear it in their faces for the next four (hopefully eight) years. I want them to know how WE felt, having to constantly prove our patriotism.

1. Remember
"It's unpatriotic to criticize the president"? It was Howard Dean who stood up and put a stop to that nonsense. So who's the Republican Howard Dean? Heh.

2. However, with the racist nonsense I've heard reported
including the betting pool in Maine, I'd say that the repukes really DO hate America and are willing to incite terrorism, thus playing into the hands of al Qaeda.

4. well actually, I believe something along the same lines
We've been at war with "Communism" in one way or another, since we sent support to the White Russians before 1918.

With three or four generations of Americans, many dead... anti-communist sentiments look almost as rabid as Nazi Germany in the United States.

Calling the POTUS a "socialist," or a "communist," is tantamount to declaring him an enemy of America.

It is incendiary to the point of yelling "Fire" in a crowded theater.

The people that are doing this, DO need to STFU, and I'm not exaggerating.

I love throwing this back into the faces of RW mouth-breathers. They have no come-back and quickly change the subject.

K & R!

6. So what's going to happen to the "I support the President and the Troops" signs, now?
Will they take them down on January 20?

8. You are unpatriotic and un-American should be the first response to freeper BS about Obama.
They want to challenge Obama's citizenship? They are being unpatriotic and un-American for questioning the citizenship of our President, and for questioning the judgment of the majority of the nation who voted for him.

They want to say he's palling around with terrorists? Unpatriotic and un-American, endangering national security by undermining our commander in chief, especially with our soldiers.

They want to spew racist hate against our President? Unpatriotic and un-American.

They want to joke about how he needs be assassinated? Not just unpatriotic, but TREASONOUS.

So, yes, Sarah Palin, you are unpatriotic, un-American, and treasonous when you lie about the President of the United States "palling around with terrorists."

9. A friend of mine almost got into a fist fight by saying the same to some
freepers in a gas station recently. There was a helicopter overhead as he was filling up and the driver at the next pump said to his buddy "hey, I wonder if that's an Obamacopter" his friend said "If it is, I'm gittin' my bazooka". So my friend said "Hey, that's our president elect that you're talking about. If you love America, then you'll support our president elect". The first redneck said "He ain't MY president"! So my friend answered "In a time of war you must support the president, right? What would you say if someone told you that Bush wasn't their President"? Redneck one replied "Well, then I'd say they're being unAmerican"! My friend countered with "Well, then isn't it unAmerican if you don't support the President elect"? One redneck stepped behind my friend and the other made a fist , but my friend stood his ground and stared him down. The rednecks ended up just cussing him out and driving away. Cowardly, hypocritical Freepers.

10. That's a great story. Freepers are not going to be able to maintain cognitive dissonance
on this one. Of course, they never thought that a black man would ever get elected President, so they never ever thought that they'd be the ones talking trash about the president during a time of war and crisis. Their world is coming to an end. And that couldn't have happened soon enough.

11. USAUSAUSAUSAUSA!
It kills them because they "think" they have a lock on patriotism.

If all else fails I accuse them of hating blacks FTW! It's an ugly thing to accuse people of, but after 8 yrs of the hate-orade I no longer play fair with them.

12. Yes, I'm thinkin' we could mash their faces in it.
But, the unfeeling thugs won't FEEL. They are not capable. I hope we can find another way to get to them. I don't know what that is.
