CNN is showcasing Sarah Palin tonight, as if she needs it
I think CNN needs to hear from us by mail or by phone. They are totally jumping into bed with Palin.

They just said she'll be in an interview with Wolf Blitzer tonight and she'll also be on Larry King as well.

The anchor also said how there's a CNN poll out today that shows Palin is more favorable than unfavorable now, although she's still not nearly as favorable as Biden.

I wonder if Palin thinks Wolf Blitzer is something she can shoot from a helicopter. Wolfie better be on his toes tonight.

1. I don't see the problem
The more the media lets Palin talk, the more stupid they all look... the media for chasing a non-story about a vapid, ill-suited for VP big mouth, and Palin for being so stupid she doesn't realize her vacuous demeanor is a train wreck, a freak show.

Gimme freak show baby! And I like it!

3. I might too...
It's amazing to me she can't see she is a joke! What an ego! This is better than all the Britney, Lindsey and Paris stories put together!! The only thing Palin hasn't done is flash "Betty" getting out of a limo!

5. Watching Palin is actually pretty amusing entertainment
All the interviews she's done have at least a couple hilarious gaffes. I particularly liked her doing her interview in her kitchen... what an absolutely STUPID thing to do! I want to see her do an interview while she's shooting moose. She just has no idea how stupid she looks. That's not even getting into her incredibly stupid answers and half-witted perception of the World.

Trainwreck indeed.

6. "So I said something that wasn't in the script! So what!"

Sometimes I think it is all a big joke, and she is an actress playing a role... :tinfoilhat: maybe she is on the DNC payroll!

4. No one is making you watch, are they?
CNN isn't going to care about letters from people complaining that they are interivewing Palin. What they care about is whether people watch or not. And my guess is that people are still interested enough, either because they think she's a trainwreck or because they are madly in love with her, to watch. Based on the number of palin-thread around here, its seems pretty obvious that she's still an object of interest to folks, even Democrats.

7. Let them keep pallin' around with Palin, and let them slowly slide down with her. It will keep them
from attacking Obama while he's getting going.

Give the far-right their hope. Let them believe she can actually have a shot at it in 4 years. Let them have their distraction. It will keep them off our backs.

8. So should CNN only interview people that you agree with?
Come on, it's CNN's job to provide a broad spectrum of viewpoints, some of which you and I will not agree with.

17. You did say that in so many words.
You asked us to complain to CNN because they are having Palin on today. What other reason than not wanting her interviewed on CNN would there be for complaining? CNN should broadcast interviews from people representing all shades of the political spectrum. That's the way it should work with a free and objective press. Sometimes we might be exposed to viewpoints that we don't agree with, but that's just the way it goes.

BTW, what would you think if the freepers were complaining to CNN for interviewing progressive people that they disagree with?

9. why won't she just go back to Alaska and crawl under a rock?

:banghead:

At the same time, I hope that this media over-exposure will make people even more tired of her...

15. Because she's planning on running for Senate when Stevens gets bounced out.
Yeah, I know that the votes haven't been completely counted but the fact that Stevens didn't get broadsided on election night is not a good sign.

If Stevens pulls it out vote-wise it's only a matter of time before the Senate retires him on their own. At that point Palin is definitely going to throw her hat into the ring for the Senate seat and I think only a fool would bank on her losing the race.
