2. They were criticized for the site looking like a campaign site.
So that could be the reason why. The other reason is that the "agenda" could look like promises.

3. I didn't read too much into this. Although it would be easy to get all tinfoily about it
The explanation for this is probably as simple as a miscommunication or misunderstanding somewhere in the chain, that caused a web tech to jump the gun.

All of his info was "scrubbed" and replaced with a letter from John McFart.
