5. It started out with so much promise. Too bad his administration is now as good as finished.
Say hello to President Jindal.

But you already knew that.

sowing their bullshit around DU today.

15. I think this is good really...
I'm not pro-DLC by ANY means, but if you're going to bring one in to 'bridge across the aisles' so to speak, making him Chief of Staff who is not involved in any way with Policy was a smart move. This returns favours to the DLC branch, but not in a way that can change Obama's policy...

21. Rahm knows his way around. He can get things done.
Obama is fully aware of Rahm's current and past connections. And Rahm seems really smart.

24. He's familiar with the runnings of the WH and Congress
So that's why Obama chose him IMO. I don't think it means he won't listen to progressives. If he'll reach out to Repukes, I'm sure he'll also listen to progressives.

I've seen too many criticisms of Obama proven wrong. I think he's more than earned our trust in his judgment.

26. I don't know a thing about Rahm except
that he would not come out and endorse Obama during the primary. However, if Obama thinks Rahm is the best person for the job then I trust his judgement.

the F-Bomb. He'll be tough.
