1. Never had so many tears, for so long, in my life.

Mostly tears of joy and relief and a few bittersweet in there, too.

Also can't stop listening to will.i.am's vid/song, Yes We Can:

15. I did!

I was so moved that I started a thread about it - one of many, as it turns out, lol:

But yeah, wow... I totally did not expect that at the Palin site and it left me crying, too. Brilliant!

4. i was just NOW getting a chance to look at you tube videos from tuesday night
and I'm crying and crying...tears of joy.

I was working on election day as an alt election judge, and I did not get home until 8:30 central.
I came home, we screamed and cried as each state was called...and when Oblerman announced on MSNBC that he had won California, my husband picked me up off the floor where I had dropped in tears, spun me around :)

I am back in college had to get to class early on Wednesday morning and I started a new job Wednesday night.

It's just now sinking in...and I am more overwhelmed that I was on Tuesday night.

The first thing I heard this morning when the clock radio came on...."President elect Obama will be....." Wow....it's happening. It's really happening.

The nightmare is over!

11. Good for you for being an election judge!!!

:yourock:

I had my major breakdown on Tuesday night when they called Ohio... i have been here 5 years now, worked my butt off in '04 and have never felt so heartbroken. Once they called Ohio i thought... we've GOT this! And the waterworks began.

Also congrats on the new job!

Don't you just want to keep saying over and over "President-elect Obama"... what a beautiful phrase!!! :7

19. She had the best seat of all for the acceptance speech
I've never felt like I knew a President's family as well as I feel like I know Barack's. How fortunate we all are.
