even if things are false (which they're not) it's good to have them on the defensive for a change.
there is an LBJ quote that i think applies. he wanted to accuse his opponent of screwing pigs. his campaign manager said they couldn't prove that. and he said "I know we can't. But we can make the son of a bitch deny it."
i think it's time to send a constant barrage of allegations at Bush and see what sticks. and it looks like we are doing that. as soon as this and the texans for truth stuff dies down, kitty kelley's book will come out. then as soon as that dies down, F9/11 comes out on DVD.
10. Most people don't delve into the specifics like we do, They are likely
to have heard the basics of these stories by now and are wondering what's going on. Every time these stories make the news cycle, they wonder some more.
The anticipation sparks interest - even in the pro-bush crowd, which puts them off their game. It's a relief to finally see bush/cheney having to defend (instead of attack).
